In September 2019, the ADP GroupADIM Paris Ile-de-France et Cycas Hospitality, had signed the agreements allowing the construction and operation at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport of a double-brand hotel combo bringing together Courtyard**** and Residence Inn****, two brands belonging to Marriott International. Today was held the laying of the first stone of this great project.

Designed by award-winning architect Manuelle Gautrand, this hotel complex, which is scheduled to open in January 2022, will have a surface area of ​​13 m². It includes a hotel Courtyard by Marriott**** with 222 rooms and a hotel residence Residence Inn**** of 106 apartments, offering suites with kitchen for long stays.

Housed in the same building, but spread over two volumes, the two establishments will offer their services in a differentiated and autonomous manner, while sharing common conviviality spaces:

  • on the ground floor, very largely glazed and offering large volumes (4,5 m under ceiling), the reception areas of the two brands, as well as a F&B 300 m² that can accommodate customers from both hotels and the neighborhood;
  • gym / fitnessco-working space and Meeting on 330 m², thus meeting new customer service needs;
  • un car park 50 places in the basement.

After the hotel opened in early 2019 Innside by Melia 267 rooms, property of Groupe ADP, the accommodation capacity of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport now stands at 3 rooms spread over 448 hotels and should reach 11 rooms by 4 due to future and new hotel projects in progress.
