July posted 23,7% attendance for all Roissy hotels, down 62,2 points compared to July 2019.
The average price is € 75,2, down 6%, resulting in a drop in RevPAR of over 74%.
In the month of July, the number of open hotels is more or less identical to June. Indeed, 24 hotels are open against 23 in June, 14 in May and 9 in April. The attendance recorded only by open hotels is 34,1%.
The Villepinte area is particularly affected by the drop in activity in the absence of events corporate.
At the airport, attendance was 35,6% (down 55,4 points).
On the Allée du Verger, the occupancy rate is around 20%.
