The Eklo hotel group settles in Roissy. He defends a concept of lifestyle, economic and above all ecological brands.
The establishment of Roissy-en-France should open in 2022 and count 150 bedrooms on 3 floors.
The targets of the Eklo Group are broad: in addition to classic rooms, dormitories (6 beds) and family rooms should be offered.
Regarding its facilities, the hotel will offer a bar-restaurant on the terrace as well as'a versatile space where to settle down to work, meet or have a drink. It will also be equipped witha parking.
Otherwise, the Eklo Group invests in sustainable development. In its establishments, including the future Roissy hotel:
- waste is sorted and recycled;
- showers and sinks are equipped to reduce water consumption;
- LED bulbs will be used;
- rainwater will be collected for outdoor watering;
- photovoltaic panels will be installed.

This future hotel will be located on the future ZAC sud in Roissy-en-France. The development project was unveiled by Roissy Dev and SEMAVO last February.
