Despite the context of the crisis, the Grand Roissy continues to welcome new hotel infrastructures.
Indeed, it is difficult to interrupt these projects initiated before the pandemic. In 2021, two new hotels will therefore complete the range of 7400 rooms already available in the region.
easyHotel, close to Aéroville
Le first easyHotel in Ile-de-France is due to open its doors in the first three months of 2021. It is located in Tremblay-en-France, near Aeroville, a district in full development.
easyHotel wants to offer an accessible establishment, with an attractive price-quality ratio. He proposes 209 bedrooms spread over 5 levels. The hotel has a surface area of 4000 m².
The easyHotel also has an outdoor car park with 71 spaces accessible to cars and coaches.
At the origin of this project, Groupe ADP, as landowner, joined forces with the developer Linkcity Île-de-France. The design of the architecture was entrusted to Studio 135 Architects.
According to our information, the opening is scheduled for the end of the 1st quarter of 2021.
Holiday Inn, in Roissy-en-France
Currently under construction, the future Holiday Inn will be located in Roissy-en-France.
The Léon Grosse group is in charge of construction. The Grand Roissy Tourist Office witnessed the laying of the first stone of the hotel.
The hotel, with a surface area of 10 m², should offer 250 bedrooms, But also seminar rooms, which will join the 200 already available on the territory.
The four-star hotel is expected to open in the second half of 2021.
