RHODA SCOTT « MOVIN BLUES »
Rhoda Scott's album "Movin 'Blues"

In March 2020, Rhoda Scott released her new album Movin 'Blues. In this album, the ambassador of the Hammond organ returns to its fundamentals: the organ-drums duo, with a talented musician Thomas derouineau.

Rhoda Scott is also called "The Barefoot Lady" ; because she plays the basses barefoot on the pedal board of her organ, the legendary Hammond B3.

In this last album, we find the immensity of its repertoire, combining the music of classical, jazz, gospel, soul, and blues. Original compositions and superb covers exalt his audience.

On stage, she shares generously and always with energy and groove. His tasty interventions are always full of humor and class.

Many and many come to discover or rediscover Rhoda Scott on the Hammond organ and Thomas Derouineau on the drums.
