Success of this first job dating in Aéroville
In front of 60 candidates present, Glory Kabé held a enriching and stimulating discourse, allowing participants to embark on a new professional project. Private exchanges between the candidates and the Cheffe then took place.
This first edition was dedicated solely to catering and brought together 12 catering brands from the Aéroville shopping center. In total more than 200 interviews were carried out during the afternoon, the successful candidates will carry out tests in the coming weeks within the various brands.
Glory Kabé, the Queen of Afro-Vegan cuisine
Glory Kabé, sponsor of this first edition, is the very example of commitment through cooking. In fact, she considers tomorrow's food must be more respectful of the living. The Cheffe offers traditional African and vegan dishes. These are designed with ingredients todevelop a modern and conscious kitchen. She uses, for example, okra in baking to replace the egg.
« After removing meat from my diet when I lived in Brazil; I went to the UK where I observed a lead of ten or fifteen years on the issue of veganism. Already because we are not just talking about vegan cuisine, but "vegan cuisines", in the plural. It also made me want to bridge the gap between the African continent and veganism.
