To support the Ukrainian people, theAssociation "That's Roissy" undertakes a "Solidarity Ukraine" action from today until Sunday, March 13.
Come and drop off basic necessities, medicines and more generally emergency/medical equipment at Roissy-en-France. This action is based on the Association of Mayors of France in partnership with Civil Defense.
Where to drop off your donations for the people of Ukraine?
To drop off your donations, go to between the White Hair room and the Marcel Hervais room (55 rue Houdart in Roissy-en-France). Every day, from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m., the collection will take place near the Tournelles Sports Complex, In the multipurpose room.
You can also make a donation by check payable to the association “Ça c’est Roissy”. The latter will be responsible for handing over a global check to the Civil Protection.
Individuals and professionals can donate to help the people of Ukraine.
What can we give?
Here is the list of harvested elements :
- Basic necessities : Body gels and soaps, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, shaving foam, sanitary towels, cots, sleeping bags, survival blanket, inflatable pillows, blankets, diapers and infant formula.
- Rescue/medical equipment : Disposable gloves, surgical masks, suture materials, medical gowns, elastic bandages, tourniquets, blood glucose meters, haemostatic dressings, dressings, antiseptic solutions, etc.
- Medication : Any unexpired and unopened medicine.
Can monetary donations be made for the people of Ukraine?
The monetary donations are possible by SMS or from the website. Find all the information on the image below.
Where do your donations go ?
Donations will be forwarded to a departmental collection point located in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône. The Protection Civile will take care of the logistics to deliver them to Poland.
Do you want to welcome Ukrainian refugees?
The Ministry of the Interior has set up sites for people who would like welcome Ukrainian refugees.
To natural persons (citizen initiative and individuals) who would like to accompany Ukrainian nationals; go to the government website available here.
This platform aims to identify aid initiatives of different kinds (professional integration, education, meetings/leisure); and in particular the solidarity accommodation initiatives. Individual volunteers will then be put in touch with associations.
