For the Télérama Museum weekend, on March 19 and 20, 2022, take advantage of free admission and entertainment in more than 200 museums throughout France. The concept ? Benefit from four free admissions on presentation of the Télérama Pass in participating establishments.

For fifteen years, it has been one of the unmissable events offered by Télérama magazine. During this weekend, the participating museums offer free admission to permanent and/or temporary exhibitions

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Pass to print or present on your mobile at the entrance to the museums concerned.

The National Museum of the Renaissance participates in the operation

Le National Museum of the Renaissance is the former property of a great lord of the time, Anne de Montmorency. The latter grew up in the intimacy of François Ier, then flourished under the protection of Henry II.

Come and discover the Écouen castle for free and enjoy visit-conference (for 4 people maximum) on presentation of the Pass. You will be able to admire the unpublished painting from Botticelli's workshop recently deposited in Écouen

In the program ?

  • the ssaturday and sunday at 11 a.m. and 00:15 p.m.: Discovery tour of the castle and the museum collections.
  • the ssaturday and sunday at 14:15 p.m.: Visit on the theme “Arts and literature”.

Le National Museum of the Renaissance opens every day except Tuesday ; from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 17:15 p.m. The estate's park is also open every day (including Tuesdays) from 8 a.m. to 18 p.m. Appointment rue Jean Bullant, in Ecouen (95440).

As every year, the ARCHEA Museum also contributes

ARCHEA is a museum exhibiting archaeological remains, dating from prehistoric times to modern times. They come from archaeological excavations carried out on the historic territory of the Pays-de-France.

During this weekend, enjoy a free access to the permanent collection and the temporary exhibition "Enter without reservation: the ARCHÉA collections are racing" presented until May 22, 2022.

In the program ?

  • Saturday 19 from 14:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. : Initiation workshop to medieval weaving "Little by little, spindle makes thread" (carried out in partnership with "The Spindle of the Moire Cat").
  • Sunday 20 at 15 p.m. : Family visit for children “Animals in the museum”.

Le ARCHEA museum opens Wednesday to Friday from 13:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 18 p.m.. Appointment 56 rue de Paris, in Louvres (95380).
