Start down slightly for hoteliers
Performance analysis:
- The year 2019 is starting slowly for the hoteliers of Roissy. Attendance is down 3 points, while at the same time, average prices are up nearly 5% allowing RevPAR to be stable compared to January 2018.
- The major events in January were the Maison & Objet fair from January 18 to 22 and Tradexpo from January 17 to 21. On this occasion, the hoteliers of Roissy were able to post occupancy rates of over 95%.
- The hotels located in the immediate vicinity of the airport show an increase in attendance by 2,7 points, while those located in Allée du Verger and near Villepinte / Paris Nord 2 recorded a drop in attendance with respectively -6,7 points and - 3,4 points.
