The Departmental Strategy 2022-2028 engages major mobility projects to strengthen the cohesion of the territories and the attractiveness of the Val d'Oise, while endeavoring to meet the challenges of ecological transition.

Pursuing the objective of improving travel conditions for the inhabitants of the east of the territory, in particular by improving the links between the residential areas and the business areas of Grand Roissy, the Department of Val d'Oise has three Bus line projects with a High Level of Service:

For each line, prior consultation will take place from June 5 to 1er July 2023. During these consultations, the Department wishes to present the project in all its dimensions, in order to gather the opinions and contributions of the public.

The consultations will focus in particular on the advisability of high-level service bus projects, the route, number and location of stations, the development of public spaces crossed by the future BHLS and its consequences on traffic and parking. , cohabitation with soft mobility.

How to participate in public consultations?

You can find out about the projects and give your opinion on site, online or at public meetings organized in the territory from 5 2023 June: 

  • Public meetings: they will take place in June in the municipalities concerned:

– Monday, June 12 at 18 p.m. Roissy-en-France (Town hall – council chamber)

– Tuesday, June 13 at 20 p.m. Garges-lès-gonesse (Town hall – hall of honor)

– Wednesday, June 14 at 19 p.m. Arnouville (Town hall – wedding hall)

– Tuesday, June 20 at 18:30 p.m. Goussainville (House for all, avenue Marcel Cerdan)

– Monday, June 19 at 19 p.m. Villiers-le-Bel (Marcel Pagnol space)

– Thursday, June 22 at 18:30 p.m. Gonesse (Jacques Brel room)
