Thursday, November 17, the Grand Roissy Tourist Office organized two eductours on the initiative of our group manager, Bousso Niass, and our business tourism manager, Tariana Carvalho. Throwback to these two memorable eductours!

A day to discover Roissy

On the side of our business tourism officer, our participants embarked for a day of discovery at Roissy-en-France. Thus, the latter were able to discover the different spaces of the Roissy International Golf (catering, seminars, shop, terrace…) thanks to a presentation by the director, Adrien Zavaroni. Then, our participants savored a delicious meal concocted by the chef before starting an afternoon of initiation in the company of the Golf Manager, Daniel Duchene.

The afternoon continued with a complete visit to theHoliday Inn Paris CDG Airport before enjoying the delicious snack that was reserved for us. Finally, our merry troop went to the Hyatt Place Paris CDG Airport in order to visit the hotel and enjoy a gourmet break all in chocolate, with pastries concocted by the pastry chef of the Hyatt Place Paris CDG Airport. A delight for the taste buds!

A day dedicated to culture in Écouen

Bousso, our group manager who accompanied Chinese travel agency managers, was able to introduce them to the rich heritage ofÉCOUEN. Thus, they were able to enjoy a delicious meal at the semi-gourmet Italian restaurant Il Maestro before starting the visits.

The afternoon began with a short commented walk of the Path of the Painters Illustrated with reproductions of paintings dating from the 19th century by Mr. Dauchel President of the Colony of Painters Association in Écouen and volunteer guide. This was followed by a visit to the Saint-Acceul church with its Gothic architecture. It has retained its original stained glass windows from the Renaissance period. (16th century)

Following these discoveries highly appreciated by customers, Bousso organized a visit to the Écouen Castle, its decor, its architecture and the magnificent collections of its National Museum of the Renaissance. Welcomed by Mr. Guillaume Defonkenell, chief curator of the museum's heritage and guided by Marie Valérie Vavasseur, tour guide and business developer at Val d'Oise Tourisme, they fell in love with this unique place.

Finally, the two groups met at the Citroën DS Conservatory to admire a magnificent collection of more than 300 models of the brand's vehicles. The evening ended in style with a cocktail reception offered by Fedoua Zeggar, Receptive and Event Manager of the place before returning to Paris by coach.
